What's a max bid?

A pair of service medals, including a Wehrmacht 4-Year Long Service Medal, constructed of magnetic metal, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon with horizontal pinback, the obverse bearing a raised Heer-style German national eagle clutching a mobile swastika, circumscribed by an inscription of “TREUE DIENSTE IN DER WEHRMACHT” (“FAITHFUL SERVICE IN THE WEHRMACHT”), the reverse bearing a raised number “4”, within a circular oak leaf wreath, unmarked, measuring 30.60 mm in diameter, weighing 14.2 grams (inclusive of ribbon), in near extremely fine condition, and; an Eastern People’s Medal, II Class in Silver, constructed of silvered zink, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon with horizontal pinback, the obverse consisting of an eight-pointed radiant star, with a central rosette within a laurel wreath, the suspension loop maker marked with Präsidialkanzlei code “100” for Wächtler & Lange, Mittweida, measuring 40.02 mm (w) x 44.86 mm (h), weighing 14.1 grams (inclusive of ribbon), with most of the silver finish lost, in overall very fine condition.
