A set of Heer Cavalry/Reconnaissance Oberleutnant rank insignia, including a pair of collar tabs, each constructed of dark green wool with buckram cores, trimmed with golden-yellow piping, and pinned with silvered feinzink Totenkopf cyphers, both unmarked and measuring 35 mm (w) x 75 mm (l), in overall near extremely fine condition, and; a pair of shoulder boards, each constructed of cardboard-reinforced golden-yellow wool, bearing four bands of silver aluminum wire piping, and pinned with gilded bronze rank pips and a number “7”, both unmarked and measuring 34 mm (w) x 115 mm (l), in overall near extremely fine condition.
