What's a max bid?

A lot of three Luftwaffe officer rank insignia, including a set of Leutnant collar tabs, each constructed of yellow wool with buckram cores, trimmed with twisted and rolled silver aluminum wire piping, and bearing hand-embroidered insignia, both unmarked and measuring 45 mm (w) x 60 mm (l), in near extremely fine condition, and; a Hauptmann shoulder board, constructed of cardboard-reinforced yellow wool, bearing four bands of silver aluminum wire piping, and pinned with two zink rank pips, unmarked, measuring 35 mm (w) x 110 mm (l), in near extremely fine condition.
