(Abzeichen und Auszeichnungen). A mixed lot of six badges and decorations, including:

1. A Sturmabteilung (SA) Sports Badge, Bronze Grade, constructed of bronzed magnetic metal, the obverse consisting of a circular oak leaf wreath, surrounding a mobile swastika overlaid by a sword, the reverse with an integral hinge and vertical pinback meeting a flat wire catch, maker marked “KARL HEISLER, PFORZHEIM”, measuring 46.23 mm (w) x 58.50 mm (h), 21.1 grams, with minor loss of finish evident, in near extremely fine condition.

2. A Black Grade Wound Badge, constructed of blackened magnetic metal, the obverse consisting of an oval laurel leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, around a central raised Stahlhelm overlaid by a mobile swastika, on top of crossed swords on a pebbled field, the reverse with a crimped hinge and vertical pinback meeting a flat wire catch, unmarked, measuring 36.94 mm (w) x 44.31 mm (h), weighing 10.2 grams, with minor oxidation and loss of finish evident, in very fine condition.

3. An Imperial Black Grade Wound Badge, constructed of blackened magnetic metal, the obverse consisting of an oval laurel leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, around a central raised Stahlhelm, on top of crossed swords on a pebbled field, the reverse with a crimped hinge and vertical pinback meeting a round wire catch, unmarked, measuring 38.06 mm (w) x 43.24 mm (h), weighing 12.1 grams, with moderate loss of finish evident throughout, in very fine condition.

4. A Wehrmacht Driver’s Proficiency Badge, Silver Grade, constructed of silvered zink, the obverse consisting of a circular laurel leaf wreath, surrounding a central wheel, the reverse with all four attachment prongs intact, unmarked, measuring 40.24 mm (w) x 43.88 mm (h), weighing 9.5 grams, demonstrating total loss of finish, in very fine condition.

5. A Gebirgsjäger-Regiment 100 Commemorative Medal, constructed of bronze, with an integral suspension loop formerly accommodating a leather strap, the obverse bearing a central raised edelweiss, circumscribed by an inscription of “GEB. JÄG. RGT. 100”, the reverse bearing raised inscriptions featuring seven key theatres of combat in which Gebirgsjäger-Regiment 100 saw action, unmarked, measuring 46 mm (w) x 48 mm (h) when oriented in intended diamond placement, in extremely fine condition.

6. A Civil Service 25-Year Faithful Service Award, constructed of silvered bronze, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon with horizontal pinback, consisting of a Cross Pattée with pebbled arms joined through the quadrants by a circular oak leaf wreath, the obverse bearing a central black enameled swastika, the reverse bearing a central raised inscription of “FÜR TREUE DIENSTE” (“FOR FAITHFUL SERVICE”), unmarked, measuring 40.88 mm (w) x 45.98 mm (h), weighing 21.2 grams (inclusive of ribbon), in near extremely fine condition.
