1. A matching set of Gendarmerie Wachtmeister shoulder boards, each constructed of orange wool with card stock cores and topped by an outer layer of silver aluminum wire piping interspersed with brown threaded chevrons, surrounded by an inner layer of brown rayon piping, both unmarked and measuring 35 mm (w) x 110 mm (l), in extremely fine condition.
2. A matching set of Gendarmerie Leutnant shoulder boards, each constructed of orange wool with card stock cores and topped by four bands of silver aluminum wire piping, both unmarked and measuring 35 mm (w) x 115 mm (l), with extensive mothing visible to the reverse or each board, in overall very fine condition.
3. A matching set of Sturmabteilung (SA) Fußstandarten Sturmführer-Hauptsturmführer shoulder boards, each constructed of grey wool with card stock cores and topped by four bands of twisted and rolled silver aluminum wire piping, the reverse of each retaining fully-intact Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) labels bearing maker codes “A4/107” and secondary codes of “058325”, both measuring 33 mm (w) x 115 mm (l), with minor soiling evident, in near extremely fine condition.
4. A mis-matched set of German Democratic Republic (GDR/DDR) Volkspolizei shoulder boards, each constructed of green cotton with card stock cores and trimmed with silver aluminum wire piping interspersed with green threaded chevrons, surrounding two lengths of dark green rayon piping, the reverse of each with an integral strap, both unmarked and measuring 34 mm (w) x 105 mm (l), one demonstrating the removal of a cypher, in overall very fine condition.
