What's a max bid?

If another auction participant places a bid of $110 dollars, the system will subsequently place a bid of $111 dollars on your behalf. The system will continue to bid in $1.00 dollar increments until your maximum bid of $120 dollars is exceeded.

If another auction participant places a bid for $125 dollars, the auction lot price will display $121 dollars having exceeded your previously submitted maximum bid by $1.00 dollar.

A mixed lot of nine Wehrmacht rank insignia, including a mis-matched set of Heer Infantry Officer collar tabs, each constructed of a dark green wool backer, one with a buckram core, each topped by two machine-embroidered silver aluminum wire insignia bisected by white threaded bands, one measuring 45 mm (w) x 75 mm (l), the other measuring 45 mm (w) x 70 mm (l), with material fatigue evident, in overall very fine condition; one Heer Smoke/Chemical Troops Officer collar tab, constructed of dark green wool with a buckram core, the obverse bearing two machine-embroidered silver aluminum wire insignia bisected by carmine threaded bands, unmarked, measuring 40 mm (w) x 65 mm (l), in near extremely fine condition; a Heer Flak/Artillery Officer collar tab, constructed of a dark green wool backer with a buckram core, the obverse bearing two machine-embroidered silver aluminum wire insignia bisected by red threaded bands, unmarked, measuring 40 mm (w) x 75 mm (l), in near extremely fine condition; a Heer Officer’s collar tab, constructed of a dark green wool backer with a buckram core, the obverse bearing two machine-embroidered silver aluminum wire insignia bisected by gold bullion wire threading and around a central white threaded band, unmarked, measuring 45 mm (w) x 70 mm (l), in near extremely fine condition; a Wehrmacht Administration Officer (Major Equivalent) collar tab, constructed of dark green wool with a buckram core, trimmed with twisted and rolled silver aluminum wire and bearing hand-embroidered silver aluminum wire insignia, unmarked, measuring 45 mm (w) x 60 mm (l), in extremely fine condition; a Heer Pionier/Engineer Major shoulder board, constructed of cardboard-reinforced black wool and topped by four bands of interwoven silver aluminum wire piping, unmarked, measuring 35 mm (w) x 100 mm (l), in near extremely fine condition; a National Socialist Motor Corps (NSKK) Sturmmann/Obertruppführer shoulder board, constructed of cardboard-reinforced black wool, trimmed with golden-yellow piping, and bearing four bands of black threaded and silver aluminum wire piping, unmarked, measuring 22 mm (w) x 130 mm (l), in extremely fine condition, and; an Imperial Heer Officer shoulder board, constructed of cardboard-reinforced white wool, bearing four bands of silver aluminum wire piping interspersed with black threaded chevrons, and pinned with two bronze rank pips, unmarked, measuring 44 mm (w) x 100 mm (l), with mothing and material fatigue evident, in very fine condition.
