What's a max bid?

A fine NSDAP “Parteiabzeichen”; inaluminum, with red, white, and black lacquer; the obverse with a black mobile swastika (Hakenkreuz) in the centre within a bed of white partially preserved white paint, with a red painted edge inscribed “Nationalsozialistische DAP”; the reverse plain, with a horizontal pinback ; maker marked “RZM M1/101” for “Gustav Brehmer of Markneukirchen” on the reverse; measuring 23 mm in diameter; weighing 3.6 grams; in overall near very fine condition.
