What's a max bid?

(Goldenes Ehrenzeichen der NSDAP). Constructed of gilded tombak with multi-coloured enamels, the obverse consisting of a circular oak leaf wreath, with a central black enameled mobile swastika on a white enameled disc, within a red enameled ring bearing an inscription of “NATIONAL-SOZIALISTISCHE D.A.P.” (“NATIONAL SOCIALIST GERMAN WORKERS’ PARTY”), the reverse with a horizontal pinback, stamped with a NSDAP membership number of “59381”, maker marked “DESCHLER & SOHN, MÜNCHEN”, measuring 30.48 mm in diameter, weighing 12.1 grams, chipping is evident to the enamels of both the swastika and surrounding disc, in overall better than very fine condition.
