(Goldenes Ehrenzeichen der NSDAP). A very well-preserved example of a NSDAP Golden Party Badge constructed of gilded tombac and multi-coloured enamels, the obverse presents a central black mobile swastika within a bed of white enamels, with a red enameled edge inscribed NATIONAL-SOZIALISTISCHE D.A.P. (NATIONAL SOCIALIST GERMAN WORKERS’ PARTY), the reverse presents a horizontal pinback, reverse marked with date 15.5.1943 and initials A.H., measuring 23.66 mm in diameter, weighing 8.1 grams, with very minor scratching of the enamels evident, and in extremely fine condition.
