What's a max bid?

Constructed of gilt aluminum in the shape of oak leaves tied together via a ribbon in the centre, accompanied by its red enamelled tri-colour cockade attached to a backing plate in the centre of the wreath, the reverse with two crimped prongs fully intact, maker marked RZM M1/16 for Dr. Franke & Co. K.G., Lüdenscheid on the reverse, measuring 114.80 mm (w) x 43.12 mm (h), a worn example with some loss of the gilt finish and some loss of the white enamel, and in overall better than very fine condition.
