What's a max bid?

Constructed of gilded aluminum, the obverse consisting of a sword bearing a mobile swastika on its hilt, overlaying crossed hammers bearing dates “1925-1935”, the reverse with a vertical pinback, maker marked “HOFFSTÄTTER, BONN”, measuring 31 mm (w) x 53 mm (h), with some loss of finish evident, in overall very fine condition.
