What's a max bid?

Constructed of bronze, on loop for suspension from its period correct replacement ribbon, presenting as a Cross Pattée with radiant designs between the arms, obverse with central NSDAP-style German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, within a circular oak leaf wreath, reverse with central raised inscription of “Treue für Führer und Volk” (“Loyalty for Führer and People”), unmarked, measuring 42.32 mm (w) x 46.39 mm (h), weighing 24.3 grams, accompanied by its original case of issue, constructed of card stock with a faux brown leather exterior, with a slotted and depressed medal bed, measuring 51 mm (w) x 96 mm (l) x 17 mm (h), in near extremely fine condition.
