What's a max bid?

Constructed of blue wool with a buckram core, the obverse bearing dual hand-embroidered silver aluminum wire oak leaves with three acorns, the reverse with an intact Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) label with a secondary code of “031899”, measuring 40 mm (w) x 60 mm (l), in extremely fine condition.
