What's a max bid?

Constructed of aluminum, vertical pinback, the obverse consisting of an oval oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, topped by a SA-style German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, with a central inscription of “SA TREFFEN BRAUNSCHWEIG 17/18 OKTOBER 1931”, measuring 36 mm (w) x 52 mm (h), the reverse with a Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) logo and code “M1/63” for maker Steinhauer & Lück, Lüdenscheid, in extremely fine condition.
