What's a max bid?

Constructed of bronze, with a loop for suspension, the obverse bearing a raised NSDAP-style German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, the reverse with an inscription of “STAATLICHE KRIMINALPOLIZEI” with a number of “4590”, unmarked, measuring 51 mm (w) x 37 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
