What's a max bid?

Constructed of a polished non-ferrous metal casing with an intact glass faceplate, the face consisting of a circular white disc with hours 1-12 marked in black and notched at one second intervals, with a central hour hand, above a small 60-second stopwatch, the reverse with an etched mobile swastika, surrounded by a fold-down ring which locks in place and allows the watch to be used as a table clock, topped by a riveted wind-up mechanism, the face maker marked “CROMETA”, measuring 55 mm in total diameter, the functionality of the watch has not been determined, the stopwatch arm has been detached from its fixture, in overall very fine condition.
