Constructed of gilt tombac; the obverse in the form of a horizontal oval laurel wreath, with a national eagle placed on-top of the badge clutching a mobile swastika, and a submarine in the center of the badge; measuring 18 mm (w) x 14 mm (h), with a 54 mm long needle pin; in overall extremely fine condition.
