What's a max bid?

If another auction participant places a bid of $110 dollars, the system will subsequently place a bid of $111 dollars on your behalf. The system will continue to bid in $1.00 dollar increments until your maximum bid of $120 dollars is exceeded.

If another auction participant places a bid for $125 dollars, the auction lot price will display $121 dollars having exceeded your previously submitted maximum bid by $1.00 dollar.

All bids are subject to a Buyer's Premium which is in addition to the placed successful bid. The following rate of Buyer's Premium will be added to the Hammer Price of each Lot that you purchase:

A mixed lot of ten ribbon bars and accessories, including a ribbon bar featuring four decorations, including a Bavarian Military Merit Cross, a Bavarian Long and Devoted Service Medal, a German Honour Legion Medal, and an Honour Cross of the World War 1914/1918, set on an 88 mm-long magnetic metal bar with a horizontal pinback and green wool reverse liner, unmarked, in near extremely fine condition; a second featuring four decorations, including a 1914 Iron Cross II Class, a Schaumburg-Lippe Wer Cross, an Honour Cross of the World War 1914/1918, and an Italian-German African Campaign Medal, set on a 60 mm-long zink bar with a horizontal pinback and red wool reverse liner, unmarked, with minor soiling evident, in near extremely fine condition; a third featuring four decorations, including a 1914 Iron Cross II Class, a War Merit Medal, an Anhalt Friedrich August Cross, and an Honour Cross of the World War 1914/1918, set on a 60 mm-long zink bar with a horizontal pinback and maroon wool reverse liner, unmarked, with minor soiling evident, in near extremely fine condition; a medal bar featuring two decorations, including a Kaiser Wilhelm I Centenary Medal and a South West Africa Campaign Medal, set on an 88 mm-long magnetic metal trapezoid with a horizontal pinback and two clips for the missing decorations, unmarked, in fair condition; a boutonniere featuring a Commemorative Medal for the Campaign of 1870/71, constructed of bronze, measuring 19 mm in diameter, in near extremely fine condition; a matching set of tresses for an Officer candidate’s shoulder boards, each constructed of red wool and topped with silver aluminum wire tresses, both unmarked and measuring 20 mm (w) x 65 mm (l) (as presented), in extremely fine condition, and; four matching Kaiserliche Marine (Imperial Navy) uniform buttons, each constructed of silvered bronze and retaining both reverse attachment prongs, all marked “HOCHFEINE QUALITÄT” and measuring 18 mm in diameter, in overall extremely fine condition.
