What's a max bid?

A medal ribbon bar featuring nine decorations, including a 1914 Iron Cross, with a 1939 Clasp to the Iron Cross, an Austrian Order of the Iron Crown, two Austrian Bravery Decorations, an Austrian Wound Badge, an Honour Decoration of the Red Cross, an Honour Cross of the World War 1914/1918, and a SS Long Service Medal, all set on a 135 mm-long bronze bar with a horizontal pinback and field-grey wool reverse liner, unmarked, in overall better than very fine condition.
