What's a max bid?

A grouping of two Wehrmacht medal bars, first bar with three ribbons, including: a 1939 Iron Cross Second Class, a 1941-1942 Eastern Winter Campaign Medal, and an NSDAP Long Service medal. Presented on a 46 mm-long metal bar with horizontal pinback and grey wool reverse lining. In extremely fine condition. Second bar with two ribbons, including: a 1939 Iron Cross Second Class and a Sudetenland Medal. Presented on a 30 mm-long metal bar with horizontal backpin and grey felt reverse lining. In extremely fine condition.
