What's a max bid?

Zimmermann, Pforzheim” on the reverse; measuring 7.73 mm (w) x 9.56 mm (h). 2) A Miniature Driver Proficiency Badge stick pin; constructed of zink; measuring 8.50 mm in diameter; in good condition.
