What's a max bid?

An “Eisernes Kreuz 1939 1. Klasse”; white metal cross pattee of multi-piece construction, with a blackened iron core (magnetic)within a white metal ribbed border; the obverse with a raised central movile swastika with the re-institution date “1939” in raised numbering on the lower arm; the reverse plain, with a slender vertical banjo style pinback, a barrel hinge, and a round wire catch; the catch maker marked “65” for “Klein & Quenzer, Idar Oberstein”; measuring 44.15 mm x 44.06 mm; weighing 19.4 grams; the core on this cross has been re-finished, with light signs of oxidation visible; attractive patina on the frame of the cross; in better than very fine condition.
