A fine quality manufacture Clasp of the Iron Cross 1939 First Class; 2nd type; in silvered tombac; unmarked, but displaying the characteristics of “Otto Schinkle, Pforzheim” manufacture, such as the low profile barrel hinge, tapered vertical pin, a round-wire variant catch; and with the upper right wing closest to the eagle with traces of a vein, while the opposing side does not; measuring 45.41 mm x 31.15 mm; weighing 10.8 grams; extremely fine condition.
