Constructed of heavy pressed cardstock, with a black slightly textured faux leather (leatherette) exterior; the exterior of the lid embossed with an outline of a Clasp to the Iron Cross 1939 First Class (First Type); lined interior lid, with a slotted medal bed; functional spring catch with stud release, with an intact interior fabric hinge cover and a functional exterior metal hinge; measuring 68 mm (w) x 69 mm (h); the bottom slotted medal bed is loose; in otherwise near extremely fine condition.
