The clasp in silvered tombac; with all four prongs perfectly preserved; on a period-original ribbon; unmarked; measuring 31.40 mm x 31.10 mm; weighing 4.2 grams with the ribbon; very fine quality with well-preserved silvering. Accompanied by its original LDO case of issue; constructed of cardstock with a burgundy faux leather (leatherette) exterior; the interior of the lid embossed “LDO” in clear black ink; the bed of the box lined with a thin layer of felt’ measuring 48 mm x 47 mm; overall extremely fine condition.
