What's a max bid?

Germany, Wehrmacht. A German Cross in Silver, Light Version, by C.F. Zimmermann

(Deutsches Kreuz in Silber). Instituted 28 September 1941. (1941-1945 issue). An well-preserved German Cross in Silver, constructed of cupal with multi-coloured enamels, the obverse consisting of an eight-pointed double overlaid sunburst pattern, with a central disc bearing a black enameled mobile swastika, within a stamped circular laurel leaf wreath wrapped in ribbon, joined together at the bottom by a stamped date of “1914”, with the wreath trimmed along both the interior and exterior with red enameled rings, the reverse with four visible rivets securing the obverse features in place, with a barrel hinge and tapering vertical pinback meeting a round wire catch, the pinback maker marked with Präsidialkanzlei code “20” for C.F. Zimmermann, Pforzheim, measuring 63.16 mm (w) x 63.19 mm (h), weighing 44.4 grams, in near extremely fine condition.
