What's a max bid?

A Kriegsmarine issue German Cross in Gold, cloth version, consisting of a double-overlaid starburst pattern with a dark navy blue wool eight-pointed star, overlaid by an additional machine-embroidered dark grey eight-pointed star, with a central white cotton/rayon disc overlaid by a machine-embroidered black mobile swastika with arms trimmed in silver aluminum wire piping, set within a gilded bronze laurel leaf wreath wrapped in ribbon, joined together at the bottom by a stamped date of “1914”, the wreath trimmed along both the inner and outer edges with red piping and with an additional twisted and rolled silver aluminum wire border along the outer edge, the reverse with a paper liner, unmarked, measuring 74 mm (w) x 74 mm (h), weighing 7.2 grams, the reverse liner demonstrates evidence of postwar replacement, in overall very fine condition.
