What's a max bid?

A Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross by Juncker - Iron core, magnetic, with silver frame marked 800, maker marked L/12 for C.E. Juncker, Berlin, loop in silver and also marked 800. Measures 48.14 (Width) x 48.21 (Height), 35.2 grams inclusive of loop. The core shows some minor signs of paint loss and very minor rust on a few spots of the obverse and reverse. With correct replacement ribbon, very fine. This cross was aquired in Ontario Canada as a period bringback. Offered with a Certificate of Authenticity by Dietruch Maerz, author of "The Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross" who states that "this cross is an actual award cross which was worn during the war.
