What's a max bid?

(Spange zum Dienstauszeichnung der Wehrmacht). Constructed of gilded bronze, the obverse consisting of dual oak leaf branches joined together in the centre by ribbon, the reverse with both attachment prongs intact, unmarked, measuring 35 mm (w) x 18 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
