What's a max bid?

A 1940 H.K.P. Paderborn Armoured Car Award Plaque

Circular insignia in silvered metal illustrating an armoured vehicle on a hill, with a row of trees in the background at the left, the insignia measuring 122 mm in diameter, a 26 mm x 70 mm silvered metal name plate below inscribed "Zur Erinnerung / Rechnungsstelle / H.K.P. Paderborn / 26. 4. 40" (April 26, 1940), both the insignia and the name plate affixed to the 158 mm x 250 mm black finished wooden base by pins, a loop on the reverse for wall hanging, scattered contact marks on the silvered items, one scratch at the lower left on the wooden plaque, better than very fine.
