Germany, Luftwaffe. A 1941 Defeat England Campaign Medal

(Feldzug im Osten Medaille). Constructed of Meissen porcelain, the obverse with an eagle clutching a bomb in mid-flight, the reverse with a central inscription of “WIR WERDEN ENGLAND SCHLAGEN WO WIR ESTREFFEN” (“WE WILL BEAT ENGLAND WHEREVER WE MEET”), flanked by crossed swords, above a fasces, and below a mobile swastika, circumscribed by an inscription of “FELDZUG IM SÜDOST 1941” (“CAMPAIGN IN THE SOUTHEAST 1941”), unmarked, measuring 51 mm in diameter, in extremely fine condition.
