What's a max bid?

Constructed of gilde zink, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon with bronze clasp and horizontal pinback, the obverse with shields bearing NSDAP and Falange emblems on top of a sword, topped by a Stahlhelm and above a swastika, the reverse with an inscription of “DIVISIÓN ESPAÑOLA DE VOLUNTARIOS EN RUSIA” (“DIVISION OF SPANISH VOLUNTEERS IN RUSSIA”), unmarked, measuring 32.43 mm in diameter, weighing 12.9 grams (inclusive of ribbon), in extremely fine condition.
