What's a max bid?

Constructed of bronze, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, the obverse with two raised figures, one clutching a flag and the other a length of broken chain, above a NSDAP-style German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, the reverse with a central date of “1. OKTOBER 1939”, circumscribed by an inscription of “EIN VOLK, EIN REICH, EIN FÜHRER” (“ONE PEOPLE, ONE NATION, ONE LEADER”), measuring 31.89 mm in diameter, weighing 13.0 grams, accompanied by its period original presentation case, constructed of card stock with a faux red leather exterior, the obverse with a gold embossed NSDAP-style German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, the interior with a white satin-type lid liner and intact hinge cover, with a slotted red velvet medal bed, opening with a functional magnetic metal hinge, the reverse maker marked “HAUPTMÜNZAMT WIEN” for the Vienna Mint, measuring 50 mm (w) x 105 mm (l) x 20 mm (h), some oxidation evident to the medal, with material fatigue evident to the case in addition to the spring catch no longer functioning, in overall very fine condition.
