What's a max bid?

(Heer Panzer Schützenschnur). Constructed of aluminum, consisting of an oval wreath in the form of a stylized tank tread, topped by a Heer-style German national eagle clutching a mobile swastika, overlaid by a central Panzer on a hollow background, the reverse with all four attachment prongs intact, affixed to a lanyard constructed of multiple rows of twisted and rolled silver aluminum wire, with each end completing in a loop, the insignia measuring 39.35 mm (w) x 55.74 mm (h), the lanyard measuring 420 mm in length, some material fatigue evident to the silver aluminum wire, in overall near extremely fine condition.
