What's a max bid?

Constructed of gilded zink, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, the obverse with shields bearing NSDAP and Falange emblems on top of a sword, topped by a Stahlhelm and above a swastika, the reverse with an inscription of “DIVISIÓN ESPAÑOLA DE VOLUNTARIOS EN RUSIA” (“DIVISION OF SPANISH VOLUNTEERS IN RUSSIA”), unmarked, measuring 32.50 mm in diameter, weighing 14.9 grams (inclusive of ribbon), with complete loss of gilt finish and some oxidation evident, in overall fair condition.
