What's a max bid?

A War Merit Cross in fine silvered feinzink with fine detailed pebbles on the arms of the Maltese cross, reverse presents a horizontal pinback with a sheet metal hinge and a slightly rounded wire catch, measuring 47.21 mm x 47.23 mm, weighing 14.9 grams, and in better than extremely fine condition.
