What's a max bid?

Constructed of silvered zink, consisting of a Maltese Cross with pebbled arms, with crossed swords through the centre, the obverse bearing a central wreathed mobile swastika, the reverse with an integrated barrel hinge and tapering vertical pinback meeting an integrated catch, the pinback maker marked with Präsidialkanzlei code “62” for Kerbach & Österhelt, Dresden, measuring 48.96 mm (w) x 48.98 mm (h), weighing 19.8 grams, most of the silver finish has been lost, in overall better than very fine condition.
