Constructed of silvered tombak, consisting of a Maltese Cross, the obverse with pebbled arms, with a central mobile swastika inside of an oak leaf wreath, the reverse with a barrel hinge and vertical pinback meeting a round wire catch, marked with code “3” for maker Wilhelm Deumer, Lüdenscheid, measuring 47.14 mm (w) x 47.22 mm (h), weighing 18.0 grams, in near extremely fine condition.
