A Maltese cross in silvered tombac, the obverse with crossed swords between the arms of the cross and a circular raised border of oak leaves on the obverse with a raised mobile swastika in the center, the reverse with a screwback, maker marked with L/12 for C.E. Juncker, measuring 49.19 mm (w) x 48.66 mm (h), and in very fine condition, accompanied by its period original presentation case, constructed of heavy cardstock with textured faux leather black exterior, with a satin-type interior lid liner and intact interior fabric hinge cover, slotted black felt medal bed, functional magnetic metal spring catch with exterior stud release, functional exterior metal hinge, maker marked LDO on interior lid, measuring 70 mm (w) x 70 mm (l) x 18 mm (h), and in better than very fine condition.Accompanied by paper case of issue.
