What's a max bid?

Constructed of silvered zink, consisting of a Maltese Cross, the obverse with a central mobile swastika inside an oak leaf wreath, with crossed swords piercing the centre of the cross, the reverse with a barrel hinge and banjo-style pinback meeting a flat wire catch, maker marked “3” for Wilhelm Deumer, Lüdenscheid, measuring 47.57 mm (w) x 48.40 mm (h), weighing 18.9, in near very fine condition.
