Constructed of silvered tombak, consisting of a Maltese Cross, the obverse with a central mobile swastika inside an oak leaf wreath, with pebbled arms, the reverse with a barrel hinge and vertical pinback meeting a flat wire catch, unmarked, measuring 48 mm (w) x 48 mm (h), accompanied by its period original case of issue, constructed of cars stock with a faux black leather exterior, the obverse lid with a silver embossed outline of the decoration, the interior with a white satin-type lid liner, intact hinge cover, slotted black felt medal bed, with a functional magnetic metal spring catch with exterior stud release, functional magnetic metal hinge, unmarked, measuring 70 mm (w) x 70 mm (l) x 20 mm (h), in very fine condition.
