What's a max bid?

Klasse ohne Schwerter; a bronzed maltese cross; on loop for suspension (unmarked); with its original ribbon (note that there are two holes in the ribbon); the obverse pebbled, with a circular raised border of oak leaves on the obverse with a raised mobile swastika in the center; the reverse with a circular raised border of oak leaves bearing the institution date “1939” in raised numbering; measuring 47.72 mm x 48.48 mm; weighing 19.8 grams. In its paper packet of issue; with “Kriegsverdienstkreuz 2. Klasse” printed in black gothic lettering on the obverse and “Baumeister, Lüdenscheid” printed on the reverse; measuring 117 mm x 103 mm; the paper packet wrinkled from storage; in overall near very fine condition.(C:185)
