A lot of three war merit decorations, including a War Merit Medal, constructed of bronze, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, the obverse with a raised Maltese Cross with pebbled arms, overlaid by a central wreathed mobile swastika, the reverse with an inscription of “FÜR KRIEGS-VERDIENST 1939” (“FOR WAR MERIT 1939”), unmarked, measuring 32.18 mm in diameter, weighing 11.8 grams, in better than very fine condition; a War Merit Cross, II Class, constructed of bronze, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, consisting of a Maltese Cross with pebbled arms, the obverse with a central wreathed mobile swastika, the reverse with a central wreathed date of “1939”, unmarked, measuring 49.20 mm (w) x 49.09 mm (h), weighing 21.2 grams, in extremely fine condition, and; a War Merit Cross, II Class with Swords, constructed of bronze, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, consisting of a Maltese Cross with pebbled arms, the obverse with a central wreathed mobile swastika, the reverse with a central wreathed date of “1939”, with crossed swords piercing the centrepiece, unmarked, measuring 48.83 mm (w) x 49.01 mm (h), weighing 23.3 grams, in very fine condition.
