Klasse mit Schwertern) in silvered feinzink; with a vertical banjo style pinback with a barrel hinge and a flat wire catch; maker marked “L15” for “Otto Schickle, Pforzheim” on the obverse of the pin; measuring 47.90 mm x 48.60 mm; weighing 20.4 grams; very fine condition, but with its silvering nearly completely worn off. The War Merit Cross Second Class with Swords (Kriegsverdienstkreuz 2. Klasse mit Schwertern) in bronzed zink; on loop for suspension marked “107” for “Klein & Quenzer, Hamburg”; without its ribbon; measuring 48.48 mm x 48.79 mm; weighing 20.6 grams; overall fine to better than very fine condition.
