What's a max bid?

Constructed of zink, presenting as an oval oak leaf wreath consisting of eight oak leaves and multiple acorns, topped by a Heer- (Army) style German national eagle clutching a mobile swastika, with a central Flak 88 facing towards the top right, with the barrel extending past the badge, the reverse plain with barrel hinge and vertical pinback meeting a round wire catch, marked with “R.S” logo of maker Rudolf Souval, Vienna, measuring 44.80 mm x 60.02 mm, weighing 31.0 grams, in near extremely fine condition.
