What's a max bid?

Germany, Heer. A German Army Kuban Sleeve Shield

(Ärmelschild Kuban). A Kuban Shield struck in sheet metal and treated with a bronze wash, featuring a German national eagle with outstretched wings clutching a laurel wreathed mobile swastika, on each side of the wreath are the numbers 19 and 43, directly below the eagle is written KUBAN in block capital letters, below this is a stylized map of the Kuban region, with a line representing the defensive line with the location of the bridgeheads KRYMSKAJA, LAGUNEN, and NOWOROSSIJSK, reverse presents a field grey wool base with paper backer, measuring 67 mm (w) x 75 mm (h), and in near very fine condition.
