What's a max bid?

If another auction participant places a bid for $125 dollars, the auction lot price will display $121 dollars having exceeded your previously submitted maximum bid by $1.00 dollar.

Constructed of magnetic metal, the obverse consisting of a raised map of Crimea and southern Ukraine, topped by a Wehrmacht-style German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, flanked by dates “1941-1942”, affixed to a field-grey wool patch, the reverse with a zink backplate, with three of four reverse attachment prongs intact, measuring 52 mm (w) x 62 mm (h), in very fine condition.
