What's a max bid?

Your maximum bid should be the highest amount you're willing to pay for an item.

If another auction participant places a bid for $125 dollars, the auction lot price will display $121 dollars having exceeded your previously submitted maximum bid by $1.00 dollar.

All bids are subject to a Buyer's Premium which is in addition to the placed successful bid. The following rate of Buyer's Premium will be added to the Hammer Price of each Lot that you purchase:

Constructed of bronzed magnetic metal, the obverse consisting of a shield bearing a map of Crimea and southern Ukraine, topped by a Wehrmacht eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, flanked by dates “1941-1942”, secured with all four reverse attachment prongs to a magnetic metal backplate with a field-grey wool reverse liner indicating Heer issue, the shield measuring 51.76 mm (w) x 61.32 mm (h), the reverse paper liner is missing, in overall near extremely fine condition.
