What's a max bid?

(Ärmelschild Demjansk). Constructed of stamped silvered zink, the obverse depicting a German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, with a log-pillbox on either side, above an inscription of DEMJANSK, with a frontal view of a single-propeller plane overlaid by two crossed swords, with a bottom date of 1942, set on a field-grey Heer (Army) wool background, the reverse with all four attachment prongs intact, measuring 58 mm (w) x 102 mm (h - with wool background), and in good condition .
