What's a max bid?

Your maximum bid should be the highest amount you're willing to pay for an item.

If another auction participant places a bid for $125 dollars, the auction lot price will display $121 dollars having exceeded your previously submitted maximum bid by $1.00 dollar.

All bids are subject to a Buyer's Premium which is in addition to the placed successful bid. The following rate of Buyer's Premium will be added to the Hammer Price of each Lot that you purchase:

Germany. A German General Assault Badge

(Allgemeines Sturmabzeichen). Constructed of oval silvered zink with a copper base coat; the obverse with an oak leaf border and a pair of acorns at the base, with a large Wehrmacht-style eagle with folded wings clutching a mobile swastika, and a crossed bayonet and stick grenade in the centre; the reverse plain with a vertical needle style pin and a functional hinge/catch assembly; unmarked; measuring 42.71 mm (w) x 52.79 mm (h); with some of its original finish rubbed off, thus revealing its copper undercoat and zink base metal; in overall near extremely fine condition.
